Pre-authorization for "standard" rate:
Agriturismo La Fontaccia will check the validiy of the credit card before the arrival of the client by requesting a pre-authorization to the circuit. With the pre-authorization we guarantee the temporary availability of the total amount of the stay, or a part of it, to ensure that the credit card is valid. NO AMOUNT IS COLLECTED. The pre-authorization expires automatically after 20 days from the requested date and the amount is released. In case of negative pre-authorization, the request will be canceled. In this case we will not have any commitment towards the customer.

In case of earlier departure the Direction will charge the whole amount of the stay from the credit card.

The total balance at the end of the stay can be payed via Cash, Credit Card or ATM.

Free of charge cancellation for "standard" rate if cancellation occurs up to 2 weeks before arrival. In case of later time the credit card will be charged as follows:
Less than 2 weeks before: 30% of total amount.
Less than 1 week before: 50% of total amount.
Less than 2 days before: 80% of total amount .
No show: 100% of the total amount.

“Non Refundable” rate:
If this special rate is booked, the full amount will be charged to your credit card or bank transfer. The full amount is not refundable under any circumstances.
